Date and Location

Day Zero: Thursday, September 8 at the Delta Calgary South, 135 Southland Drive SE, in the Bonavista Ballroom (Tower Building).

Check-in stations – 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm

When you check-in you’ll receive your check-in package and proceed through several stations: waiver completion/drop off, meal plan, donation drop off, and incentive pickup. Stations can be completed in any order so feel free to start where the line is the shortest. To save time, please fill out your waivers ahead of time. Please print single sided only: Emergency Contact, Liability waiver, med info, photo release Day Zero Forms. We recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead of your selected session time (see below) to go through the check-in stations. You will need more time if you are turning in donations or completing waivers.

Session 1: 3 pm
Session 2: 5 pm
Session 3: 7 pm (please note, this session is typically the busiest)

Mandatory Crew Meeting – 6 pm

All Crew must attend the mandatory Crew Meeting. We recommend you attend the Safety and Orientation Session at either 5 or 7 pm. At the Crew meeting you’ll be meeting your Team Leads and fellow Crew Members, and preparing to confidently execute a flawless Kidney March.
