Day Zero is a special day when you pick up your ID and Luggage tags, complete all forms, drop off any final donations, attend a mandatory safety session, and much more!

Opening Ceremonies - Millarville Race Track

Enjoy Music, poetic words, and a warm sense of community as the entire March team gathers to take the first steps of this bold, powerful journey. 

Please arrive at 7:00 am as the Ceremony will start promptly at 7:15 am.  Shuttle transportation will be provided to Marchers and Crew from the Delta Hotel in South Calgary to the Opening Ceremony site leaving at 6:30 am sharp.  Family and Guests will need to arrange their own travel to the Opening Ceremonies. Marchers also have the option of being dropped off by family and friends at the Opening Ceremonies and a luggage truck will be at this point if needed.  Keep in mind vehicles cannot be left at the Millerville Race track.
